The Dilution Method (Highly Recommended): Because our shampoo is richly concentrated, we recommend diluting it with water in a 1:3 ratio before use. (Example: Mix 10ml of shampoo with 30ml of water in a small cup).

Yes, it is exceptionally safe! Many people confuse SLES with harsh SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate). We do not use SLS. We use SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulphate), which undergoes a process called ethoxylation to make the molecule much larger. Because the molecule is so large, and because we buffer it with coconut extracts, it physically cannot penetrate or irritate the baby's delicate scalp barrier. It simply lifts dirt and washes away cleanly.
Our formula is highly concentrated. Diluting it with water (1 part shampoo to 3 parts water) makes it incredibly easy to distribute evenly through fine baby hair. It also ensures a much faster, tear-free rinse while saving you product and water!
Yes! Even though our formula is deeply soothing and pH-balanced, if you are planning to use it on very young kids or infants, it is always advisable to do a small patch test on the lower portion of their leg to check if the baby has any inherent allergies to the natural botanical extracts before a full bath.
