The color of shampoo varies due to change in color of natural extracts. Every batch of extracts have different color due to seasonal change.
- It's a good idea to run a patch test before introducing a new product into your routine. Wait 24 hours after applying the product on your hairline to observe what happens. If there is no reaction, you can apply the product on your hair. If the scalp is sensitive, repeat the test for another 7 days. This assures that none of the substances are allergens. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.
- The scalp will naturally detox when you switch to a neutral shampoo like ours. To put it another way, the scalp is thoroughly cleansed and all product accumulation is rinsed away. This procedure takes a few washes since the scalp is attempting to balance itself by releasing too much or too little oil. During this period of transition, you may experience hair dryness. The Transition Period is the time it takes for the scalp to totally adapt to neutral shampoo.
